Interested Persons:

The Department of Administration State Human Resources Division (department) proposes the following revised occupational standards:

• Nursery and Greenhouse Worker (new occupational standard)
• Highway Patrol Officer (revised duties, typical qualifications on the first day of work, and other important information)
• Highway Patrol Commander (revised purpose, duties, and other important information) 

Interested parties may submit comments or suggestions for the proposed actions no later than 5:00 p.m., April 30, 2025, to Jeff Plum at jeff.plum@mt.gov.
