If your computer uses an incompatible Operating System, please contact your supervisor/agency IT department about your operating system as you may encounter problems using SABHRS HR with an incompatible Operating System.

What browser do I need to use SABHRS HR?

The above browsers are required to use SABHRS HR, but SABHRS HR is not mobile enabled at this time.  Ability to utilize SABHRS HR on a mobile device depends on how the device handles the web version of SABHRS HR.  SABHRS HR Help Desk only supports Microsoft Internet Explorer.  Other browsers my work with SABHRS HR and your agency IT may support the other browsers.

The following browsers are no longer supported:  Internet Explorer 8, Firefox (Mozilla) 17, Safari (for Mac) 4 & 5, Safari (IOS) 5.  If you are still using one of these unsupported browsers, please contact your agency IT department to update your browser, as you may encounter problems using SABHRS HR with an old browser.

If you have a compatible browser and continue having issues viewing SABHRS HR, try one of the following solutions:

  1. Clear all Browser cache.
  2. Only use one browser window or tab with PeopleSoft.
  3. If you need multiple SABHRS HR windows open at the same time, you must open multiple Internet Explorer windows under different sessions (File > New Session) allowing more than one instance of SABHRS HR to run more smoothly and independent of each other.


Who do I contact if I cannot log in to sabhrs hr or Employee Self-Service?

Your user name and password is the same as the password to log into the State network (same one you use for Outlook).  If you have been able to log in before but now don't have access, you need to contact your Agency IT Help Desk to reset your password(s).  If you are a new employee to the agency and do not have access yet, contact your Agency HR Department who can check on the status of your security set-up. 

How do I consent to receive my W-2 form online through SABHRS?

How do I enable the employee self-service one-stop-pagelet?

The Employee Self-service one-stop pagelet is an optional window that is accessible immediately upon log-in to SABHRS (no more clicking through all of the self-service menus to get where you need to go). Follow these simple steps to enable the pagelet. No need to repeat - once enabled, it will appear on the screen at each log-in!

How do I clear my internet history (cache) in Internet Explorer?

  1. From Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options.
  2. Under Browsing History select 'Delete' and Click OK.
  3. Ensure all boxes except the top box (labeled 'Preserve Favorites website data') are checked.
  4. Click the Delete button.
  5. Close and re-open a new Internet Explorer browser session.

Can I print from SABHRS HR?

Generally, pages in SABHRS HR 9.1 are not printable as the database is meant to be viewed online rather than in paper form.

How do I turn off the SABHRS Auto-Complete feature?

As of 8/26/13 the SABHRS HR Autocomplete feature will default to 'on.' If you wish to turn this feature 'off,' please CLICK HERE for instructions.

Using the Single Sign-on feature with Firefox

SABHRS now features a single sign-on feature that may not work well with Firefox. If you are having trouble with this feature using Firefox, please CLICK HERE for possible solutions.
