Broadband Classification is defined at 2-18-101 (5), MCA as “a job- evaluation method that measures the difficulty of the work and the knowledge or skills required to perform the work.” Most jobs in the executive branch are classified in the Broadband Classification System, as required by 2-18-201, MCA. The following links provide more information about classification in the broadband system.
