Supervision should include information on the number and type of subordinates and supervisory duties.  Describe supervisory duties by considering the following areas: 

  • Setting policies
  • Determining work objectives
  • Developing work plans
  • Establishing work methods
  • Assigning work priorities
  • Does the supervisor assign, review, evaluate, train, hire or discipline?
