Human Resources Policy and Programs Bureau
This bureau develops, maintains, and provides oversight for State of Montana human resource policies and programs. We assist, train, and consult with state agency management in all areas of human resource management, such as position classification, employee compensation, recruitment and selection, and performance management. Our professionals also provide policy development and interpretation in such areas as ADA, FMLA, and FLSA. For areas not listed below or for information call 406-444-3871.
