This course looks at the components of the Time & Labor module and how they work together.  Students will look at the relationship between Account Codes, Task Profiles, and Task Groups, and Time & Labor Groups.  We will also cover enrolling and maintaining an employee's Time Reporter Data (related to the timesheet).  This class is open to new employees, users who have had little or no training, and experienced users who want a "back-to-basics" refresher.

Payable Time - SWH 601 (1HR)

This course is designed for employees responsible for approving payable (manager approved) time in the SABHRS HR system.  Students will be taken step-by-step through the approval process and will learn how to correct exceptions and problems to ensure an employee is paid correctly.
