Human Resources Policy and Programs Bureau
This bureau develops, maintains and provides oversight for systems and standards and provides technical assistance, training and consulting services to state agencies in the following areas: position classification, employee compensation, recruitment and selection, and performance management. The bureau also provides policy development and interpretation in areas such as ADA, FMLA, and FLSA. For areas not listed below or for information, call 406-444-3871.
